At Cardinal Lake Owners Association, Inc., we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. We are proud of our community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
Cardinal Lake is conveniently located to downtown Durham, RDU International Airport, RTP, and major highways/interstates — Cardinal Lake is a Beazer Homes community consisting of 297 single-family, Energy Star homes and 50 low-maintenance townhomes. Amenities include two playgrounds, a walking trail, and swimming pool. The neighborhood was built around Unity Lake, a 14-acre natural lake with lots of open space and mature trees.
